To the point of offering training to me and my colleagues at their dedicated teaching facility!

On-site the team always keeps us informed from their findings when servicing our BSCII, laminar flow and fume cupboards and explain it in a manner that our staff can understand.

Once the servicing/testing/calibrations is completed the reports are issued in a very timely manner which is very important for our laboratory to action the findings in a quick manner.

GMP Dairy has been working with Airlab for past 10 years. We are an infant formula manufacturing site. Greater emphasis is given on MPI regulations and our export countries especially, China on GB standards.

Airlab conducts our external compliance evaluation once a year and provides detailed reports. During testing if we come across any issues Airlab gives us constructive feedback and we resolve the issue with our engineers or contractors. Airlab offers a service to come back and retest to make sure we meet the specification.
